The man leads the lady to rotate 180^o anticlockwise (with weight on her left leg) — by bringing his right hand (and the lady's right hand) in front of himself so that his right forearm locks vertically in contact against the lady's right forearm, i.e. both right arms form an “L”-shape at shoulder height, so that they are elbow to elbow, with a flat palm to palm handhold.
