The man leads the lady to move forwards and spin 90o anticlockwise (with weight on her left leg) — by releasing her right hand after pulling it slightly with his left hand — as he moves forwards and spins 90o clockwise (with weight on his right leg).

The man leads the lady to continue to move right — by letting the lady continue, as indicated by his previous lead — as he moves forwards-right.
