There's a Ballroom Jive version of the Push Spin, with Jive timing (called an “American Spin”) except the motive force is from the compression in the handhold, rather than an explicit push — back-rock (in-place), triple-step (together, building compression in the handhold), triple-step (spin), back-rock (catch).
